Note: When the Toshiba DKT2020-SD is compatible with the PDKU card but not the EKT cards. The DKT2020SD is no longer manufactured by Toshiba. However the DKT2020-SD had a 52 year MTBF rating when it was made. The Toshiba DKT2000 series phones are the most reliable digital phones ever made.Toshiba has always designed forward and backward compatibility into its equipment. Proof of this concept can be seen in the DKT2000 series phones.
These phones will work on the newest Toshiba telephone system models called the Toshiba CIX system. New DKT2020-SD phone are no longer available, however high quality refurbished DKT2020-SD are available.
